  I was looking for a review of the LG Dare, and reading people's feedback about the phone. When all of a sudden a women who claimed to work for Verizon dropped the idea that perhaps there would be a second in the Voyager series. Leaving us only to google the last phrase she used. " LG VX11000 that's right I said it!"

  I've done my own digging and only found rumors so take them with that in
  mind. The most credible sounding rumor was that The LG vx11000 Voyager 2
  will have a release date of November 28th, 2008 (Black Friday 2008), and
  will feature modest enhancements and a smaller footprint.

  A Verizon CSR on phonearena.com mentioned the VX 11000. But not sure he/she knows what's going on since he/she said the LG Dare was not available and criticized the reviewers who already had one. Claimed they were basing their reviews only on specs. Go figger!

  Hi Robert, It's a beautiful shot! I use a piece of software named Zemanta
  that scans my posts as I write them and suggests images from Flickr that
  might be useful. Of the 20 or so it found for me your was, by far, the
  best. I'm glad you're getting some traffic from it and I would suggest to
  anyone else that is reading the comments to give your eyes a treat and
  follow the link to see some more of Robert's wonderful work!

  While getting my ol reliable vx9800 fixed I browsed the store for a potential replacement. I have a pseudo-cousin that works there and since I couldn't find something I like better, she told me to hold out till the Voyager2 comes out. Indeed, I will. They still don't have anything that I would replace ol reliable with yet.

  I have been looking at the VX10000 but it is about time for a new version. I'd rather wait to see whatc omes up this fall. I guessed VX 11000 would be next on the list. There are very smart and connected people on the internat and I was hoping some info has leaked.

  I was in the store looking at the Voyager. I have the enV, and like it, but would like to move up. It just didn't look like it was worth breaking out the money for, and one of the guys that worked there mentioned he had my phone too, but was waiting until the Voyager 2 came out--projected "around the end of the year."

  i have the voyager, and i absolutely love it. the only reason i didn't get the iPhone was because of it carrier and i think that the voayger is great. while not on the iPhone's level still pretty good. and i was trying to find some info of maybe a voyager two coming out.

  I went to go buy the voyager last weekend (mid-August 08) and I was shocked to find out they had it for only $99.99, and the clerk cautioned me not to buy it because they were expecting the new version "very soon." I asked what he meant by "very soon" and he said as soon as a few weeks.

  I am hoping to get a new cell phone soon, and the top one on my list is the voyager, the new one once it is released. I wish it would be a little thinner than the current one, but i couldnt even begin to really speculate on how they plan on changing things. The only thing i can tell you in response to your querry is that i am looking at the voyager for the main reason that it IS so much like the iphone, in the sense that its touch screen and yet its even better since it has a QWERTY keyboard. Yet, if they had the iphone for Verison and the voyager didnt exist, i would buy the iphone anyway. If they had both, i think id be frozen between the two choices.

  da voyager been out for awhile, lg r known to have series 2 their phones, besides itz usually about that time a new voyager comes out, I'll say around NOV. 28-Dec. 28. Verizon came out with the voyager to compete with the iphone, now theres a iphone 3g, so there must b a voyager 2 to compete with it!!! My cousin who works for verizon said that there will be a voyager 2 coming out, and he the district manager for verizon too!!! so we have to good reasons why there will be a voyager 2, so look out voyager lovers lol

  I've had the same model of phone since 7th grade. It broke once but it was under warranty. Now the battery is going and i need a new phone. I want one with a QWERTY keyboard for texting. I've heard the voyager is great, and that a new one may be coming. I'm just hoping what i heard isn't the Voyager Titanium. I have a feeling that if i get that, then a new voyager will be here and i'll have the old one.

  ok so i really want the vx11000 ive had the env for 2 yrs now and its time to go up... i like the touch screen of the voyager but for a phone primary to texting it supposedly only holds 50 texts just like the env... i know the env2 has a possible inbox of like 300 messages tho... so maybe lg will finally correct this problem in the Voyager 2 too...

  how do you get it to hold up to 300? i can only hold up to 200 not that thats a bad thing hhhaha i'm happy that it holds that much. my old phone only holds up to 50 i'm like AHHH! lol

  I found this site because i am looking to purchase a voyager and i have watched video, looked at pictures and have read many articles studying it. In many of the videos they have said that they would be expecting a voyager 2 at the CTIA in San Francisco, but this has past and nothing new has come out. So i am thinking to myself, what do I do???

  wens the voyager 2 ( VX11000 ) , not the titanium, coming out
  pllllllllz awnser im gettin a phone for christmas and im lookin at the dare but i need a rather
  eazy keyboard to text with cause im a crazy texter. Should i go for the dare or wait for farther notice of the voyager 2 because i heard the voyager titaniums touchscreen suks balls

  Voyagers are designed to hold approximately 200 text format messages. When you throw in videos and tones the message system stores them differently. My voyager holds usually around 250 messages, sometimes more.

  looks like the Titanium Voyager was what stirred the rumors. It's still
  possible that we'll see something in 2009.
